摘要

This chapter introduces the “Professional Development Pathway” for creative professionals, presenting the educational design principles that inform the creation and execution of the “Micro-Influence for Creative Practitioners” (MICP) program. The chapter offers a contextual review based on research objectives, demystifying the project's importance and establishing the foundation for professional development pathways within the creative realm. By employing suitable educational design practices, the MICP program is built upon the insights gleaned from Phase One, serving to dismantle barriers for creative practitioners seeking to become professional micro-influencers. Drawing from theoretical frameworks, the program comprises six micro-courses designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and abilities in the domain of micro-influence. Through an iterative process incorporating action research, this chapter highlights the significance of the MICP program, bridging the fields of education, media, and communication, and further augmenting the essential competencies required in the ever-changing creative industry.
