Writing Treatment Reports for Family Law Courts

  • Don Tustin

摘要

Vulnerable families are defined as families where there are increased risk factors for children developing a mental illness due to some form of maltreatment. Clearly, vulnerable families have an increased need for therapy. However, many mental health clinicians are reluctant to provide therapy for vulnerable families for a range of reasons. This chapter addresses issues associated with writing reports about targeted therapy that has been provided to a member of a vulnerable family.
