SERS Bioanalysis Based on Tagging and Responsive Probes

This chapter describes the recent progress of SERS bioanalysis based on tagging and responsive probes. It is mainly divided into four sections, Sect. 14.1, overview of the advantages of SERS bioanalysis. Some examples of SERS bioanalysis based on tagging and responsive probes are explained in Sects. 14.2 and 14.3, which detailed explanation about the principle of tagging and responsive SERS probes and their application. Finally, challenges and prospects of this theme are given in Sect. 14.4.
