Enterprise Innovation in South Korea and China

Despite being a bit late to the game, enterprises in South Korea and China are increasingly accelerating innovation under ESG management. Having demonstrated the value of design thinking and artistic interventions in driving enterprise innovation under ESG management strategies through case studies of enterprises from Japan, Europe, and the United States, this chapter will focus on enterprise innovation under ESG management strategies driven by design and/or art in South Korea and China. Examining two representative enterprises respectively from these two countries, a comparative analysis will be conducted to discover similarities and differences in their recent development as well as their challenges. Thereafter, it is anticipated that will provide valuable experience for the future of enterprise innovation in China.
