Prior to discussing the driving forces of innovation, it is essential to understand how innovation and creativity are related. Originality is the process of generating ideas that were previously nonexistent under the imagination. Creativity is distinguished from originality by those concepts and ideas that are filtered with value. In this sense, creativity is the ability to find underlying connections among existing things and transform them into something new. Further, creation with its significant value is what is called innovation.
