摘要

E-leadership is a process of social influence that takes place in an environment different from the traditional one, immersed in close and distant contexts, mediated by information and communication technologies, in order to generate changes in attitudes, feelings, thoughts, behaviors and performance in individuals, groups and organizations. It began to be studied at the end of the twentieth century, which shows that it is a new construction that has been developed in recent years. This is where there are elements to study, looking for possible benefits obtained to improve the effectiveness of leaders through this new leadership style. The present research proposal aims to study the effect of e-leadership on decision-making mediated by the six e-communication competencies (e-communication, e-social skill, e-change management, e-team skills, e-technology knowledge and reliability), of the managers of the flower sector of the Sabana de Bogotá. To develop this research, a methodology with a quantitative approach of correlational—explanatory scope is proposed in a sample of approximately 300 managers of the flower sector of the Sabana de Bogotá to whom two instruments will be applied.
