摘要

The concept of smart farming has gained traction in recent years, with the adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in order to boost productivity in farming and production. Innovative methods are required to boost production, maximize natural resources, and reduce environmental effect. In this environment, smart agriculture has evolved into an answer that brings together technology, data, and science in order to accomplish sustainable, efficient, and artistic food production. The study addresses the implementation of IoT technologies for soil sensing, specifically via the use of Nitrogen, Potassium, and Phosphorous sensors. The study will focus on developing a real-time monitoring system that incorporates NPK sensors into an IoT framework called ThingSpeak. The soil dataset has been collected in real-time around the Erode district. By using the suggested system architecture, it is easier to collect, analyze, and make decisions about soil nutrient levels. Here with the outcome, we put forward with the use of machine learning regression technique. Through the results and discussions, insight into the system's effectiveness in enhancing agricultural practices is provided, with a focus on using NPK sensors to enhance crop growth and resource management.
