摘要

Navigating the ethical complexities of the healthcare market amid global ecosystem changes is increasingly vital. This chapter examines the impact of strategic and technological shifts on the ethical dimensions of healthcare. It underscores the need for ethical judgment, the creation of an ethical code for medical management, and the cultivation of ethical leadership. Various intervention programs promoting these competencies are described, covering all training levels from professional studies to in-service training within healthcare organizations. Developing ethical judgment among healthcare managers and organizations will foster trust, equity, and quality within the health system.
