摘要
In an era where creativity and innovative problem-solving are paramount, fostering these skills in health management education is crucial. This chapter explores the role of future problem-solving programs in enhancing flexible thinking and innovative problem-solving methods. It demonstrates the use of the Future Problem Solving (FPS) program in health management courses, where students engaged in a six-step process to tackle future challenges and propose practical solutions. The FPS program encouraged students to generate diverse solutions for complex problems, identify unknown factors, and establish connections among seemingly unrelated ideas.
