Community Support-Based Family Education Policy Development in China

This chapter examines the community support-based family education policy development in China. Since 2012, under the policy guidance of education for production, the importance of family and community education has gradually become prominent. The policy content is detailed and clear. The formulation of the implementation strategy of three-party collaborative education has realized the characteristics from the overall layout to the detailed implementation, and the operational and systematic countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. However, there is a disjointed phenomenon between the theory and practice of the top-level education in the three subjects, and the educational model of the three co-education does not really run through the whole family education. With the development of times, people began to realize the irreplaceability of family education, while the national government departments are fully aware of public product attributes of family education. The government's decision-making has influence on family education development, so China must carry out the family education at the policy level. As a result, the state government departments issued a lot of family education related policy documents. In recent years, China's family education law construction has been continuously improved. Under the beneficial reference and promotion of local family education promotion regulations in Chongqing, Guizhou, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places, the Family Education Promotion Law has been gradually formulated, revised, improved and put into effect on January 1, 2022. Since then, family education has been governed by a specific law, which has formally integrated family education work into the framework of legal management.
