The Management Policy of Family Education Organization in China

This chapter examines the management policy of family education organization in China. It is argued that family education should be recognized and treated at the national strategic level, the institutional framework of family education should be further streamlined, and a more comprehensive family education policy development system should be established. Also, the family education legislation process should be promoted in order to facilitate the effective development of family education. In terms of the policy orientation of family education, it is necessary to elevate the status of family education to that of the national strategy. In terms of the implementation of family education policies, it is essential to further streamline the institutional framework of family education work in China, define the departments responsible for organizing and guiding, and promote the construction of a working coordination mechanism led by the government and participated by women's federations and other people's organization. In terms of the content of family education policies, it is necessary to develop a more comprehensive system for the formulation of policies. Furthermore, in terms of the legalization of family education policies, it is important to promote the process of family education legislation and to strengthen the standardization and binding force of family education policies.
