Fostering Human Capital Through Emotional Labour for Sustainable Human–Human-Machine Cooperation in Achieving Net-Zero Policies
摘要
In our times fostering the perseverance of human capital and replacing in some areas humans with machines has become one of the net-zero milestones. Though machines surpass us humans in some areas, they are devoid or partly devoid of human emotions, which makes them more stress resistant. This can be a huge step forward towards preserving energy and keeping human capital strong and rigid. Nonetheless, since we are not only rational, but also emotional beings, we need emotions to feel cherished and connected with other social species. So, the current paper elucidated the progress of science and discusses the importance of emotional labour on both parties, i.e. humans and machines, to foster a stronger human–human-machine cooperation in achieving net-zero policies.
