Introduction to Graphene Quantum Dots
摘要
Graphene domains or fragments of a size between one and ten layers are commonly referred to as GQDs. Low toxicity, sustained photoluminescence, chemical stability, and observable quantum confinement effect are just a few of the characteristics that make GQDs desirable for use in biological, optoelectronic, energy, and environmental applications. The history, properties, methods of synthesis, and applications of graphene and GQDs are all covered in this chapter.
