Deep Learning-Based Classification of Dietary Restricted Genes
摘要
Dietary restriction (DR) is a well-researched nutritional manipulation of ageing that involves limiting an organism’s food intake without causing starvation and has been demonstrated to delay ageing in experimental species. DR can extend life by promoting adaptive alterations in gene expression. In this aspect, this paper presents the deep learning method’s applicability to studying ageing genes related to dietary restriction. Then, the accuracy of the train and test datasets is analysed. Further, the AUC score is computed to determine the feasibility of the model for each dataset.
