This chapter mainly discusses the research findings on the toxic effects of lead, copper, and fluoride (Fu) exposure on the early developmental stages of Chinese sturgeon, as well as the absorption and metabolic pathways and mechanisms of heavy metal ions in Chinese sturgeon.
