A Domain Ontology Model for People’s Mediation Cases Based on SUMO

A domain ontology for people’s mediation cases based on the SUMO ontology was constructed. UML modeling was used to provide an intuitive description of the ontology model, which showed the connection between the concepts and the relationships of people’s mediation cases, then five tuples were used to formalize concepts, relationships, functions, axioms, and instances. Finally, the ontology model was applied to represent the knowledge of people’s mediation cases. The results showed that the ontology model can construct a knowledge system in the field of people’s mediation cases effectively, and furthermore, it can provide an underlying data model for the intelligent processing of people’s mediation case information.
