OR \(^3\) S: Organized R&D Resource Recommendation System Based on Task-Driven and Knowledge Graph Pre-training

The dispersion of researchers across diverse universities and research institutions, coupled with the multifaceted nature of research domains, poses significant challenges in efficiently organizing collaborative research endeavors. To address this issue, we develop the Organized Research & development Resource Recommendation System (OR \(^3\) S). The system has undergone rigorous testing and operational trials in various universities and research institutions, successfully facilitating users in the recommendation and matching process for over 800 research task contracts.
