摘要

Exosomes, small membrane-surrounded vesicles secreted by cells, play significant roles in processes such as wound healing, skin rejuvenation, hair growth, and immune-mediated dermatoses. This chapter explores the mechanisms by which exosomes contribute to these processes, their potential therapeutic applications, and the challenges in translating research findings into clinical practice. Key areas of focus include the use of exosomes derived from different cell types for enhancing wound healing, reducing signs of aging on the skin, promoting hair growth, and treating immune-related skin conditions.
