A Novel Force Measurement Design for the Actuator of a Quadrotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
摘要
This paper presents a design and analysis of the force measurement system for the actuator of a quadrotor UAV. The system design focuses on a simple structure and convenient for testing. The sensors such as optical sensors, and load cells are integrated into this system to measure force and velocity made by actuators and take a mapping among them. To process signals, a microchip Arduino UNO is used as the control center. The result shows the effectiveness of the system and force matching to velocity. The system is useful for designing quadrotor UAVs and controller algorithms.
