NGO Relations with Inter-Governmental Organisations

Organisations co-existed with human life since the dawn of civilization. In modern times, associational life is moving around the state, market, community, IGOs, NGOs, corporations, religious and educational institutions. NGOs have established partnership with inter-governmental organisations in diverse issue areas—humanitarian assistance and relief; protection of human rights and the environment; trade and investment; food and health care and culture and heritage. NGOs reach out with IGOs to carry out activities jointly in the aforesaid issue areas.
