Fundamentals of Celestial Mechanics
摘要
We show the basic principle of celestial mechanics. First, we state Newton’s three laws of motion. Next, we list various conserved quantities derived from the laws of motion. Then, we mention the law of universal attraction, which plays a key role in describing the motion of celestial bodies. Also, we rewrite the law as a gravitational field equation. Finally, we explain the transition from Newtonian mechanics to Einstein’s general theory of relativity.
