We present the observational aspects of the position of celestial bodies. First, we describe the general principles and methods of measurement. Next, we explain the current situation of the time measurements. Then, we list various techniques for the distance measurements. Also, we provide the modern aspects of the angle measurements. Finally, we show typical facilities and devices for position measurements.
