Technostress, the strain, and pressure people feel due to the use of information technology, is a phenomenon with serious implications in academic and professional contexts, significantly influencing productivity and overall well-being. This research endeavors to present a comprehensive overview of the current literature surrounding technostress, with a specific focus on its manifestations in the university location. Employing a systematic literature review, the study’s aspirations are to identify tendencies, challenges, and occasions related to technostress within the academic setting. The findings of this research represent a significant contribution to our understanding of technostress in the academic realm.
