Ecological Transformation and Industrial Ecologization in the New Era (2011–2019)

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China declared the arrival of a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, necessitating structural reform on the supply side and comprehensive optimization of industrial structure. China found itself at the crossroads of opportunities and challenges, urging the need to seize the former and confront the latter.
