摘要
The Russian Federation has always formulated its policy towards Europe and Asia based on the need for multi-vector diplomacy and diversified economic cooperation with its international partners. However, the geopolitical conditions emerged after 2022 make one seriously reassess the balance between Europe and Asia in Russian foreign policy as well as political and economic risks associated with Russia’s turn-to-the-East policy.
