摘要

Freedom has several important characteristics: individuality, autonomy, rationality, diversity, and desirability. In modern society, the concept of freedom and its behavioral orientation are of great significance for several reasons: freedom is crucial for fostering innovation and the advancement of ideology, science, and technology; it has a profound impact on shaping people’s normative, secularized lifestyles; it is essential for promoting economic development; it influences the formation of a fair, just, and dynamic social environment; and it is vital for advancing modern political civilization. However, for genuine and reasonable freedom to exist, certain prerequisites must define its boundaries. Without these prerequisites, freedom either lacks a minimum threshold or exceeds its proper, reasonable boundaries, becoming insufficient, excessive, or distorted. At least three basic or minimum thresholds are necessary for liberty: a high level of socioeconomic development and the requisite market economy conditions, necessary equality, and essential social cooperation.
