What Kind of Just Society Do We Need?
摘要
Social justice holds paramount value for both society as a whole and its individual members. As modernization and the market economies progress, the role of social justice becomes increasingly prominent and is imbued with ever-evolving meanings and content. This raises the question: what kind of just society do we truly need? We need a society in which everyone shares and benefits universally; a society in which everyone has dignity; a society that has equality and liberty; a society with equal opportunities; a society that distributes according to people’s contributions; a society with functions to perfectly adjust; and, ultimately, a developed society that embodies comprehensive justice.
