Design of Solar Panel Cleaning Robot
摘要
In this paper, three design concepts for a solar panel cleaning robot are developed. Advantages and disadvantages of the three design concepts are discussed, and an optimal design concept is chosen. Calculations are carried out for the selected concept. CAD models for the subcomponents of the selected concept are developed. Robot is equipped with HC-05 Bluetooth connection and can be controlled within in a range of 10 m at an inclination angle of 10°. DC geared motors are used to achieve traction of wheels by the robot. The robot can perform both wet and dry cleaning effectively.
