Plankton, as an essential producer of the marine ecosystem, like a primary role of a food web, occurs in many applications in material cycle and energy transportation. Moreover, it has applied value in environmental motoring and aquaculture. Based on intrinsic biological discipline, many factors like an ocean current, temperature, nutrients, and perturbation affect the growth and reproduction of plankton, displaying some abrupt changes in a short duration at certain moments.
