Development of Process Model System and Key Technologies

摘要

According to the characteristics of strip hotControl system rolling process and the layout of cooling process, the process model system and key technologies suitable for the process characteristics were developed to meet the requirements of the normal production process of products. At present, the new-generation TMCPThermo-mechanical control process (TMCP) for hot rolled strips has been extended from theAfter-rolling cooling/Cooling after rolling after-rolling cooling process to the upstream rough rolling area, forming an integrated controlled coolingControlled cooling process of rough rolling R1 → rough rolling R2 → finish rolling → after-rolling cooling. The process layout is shown in Fig. 4.1. It mainly includes the following process arrangements: (1) Starting from rough rolling R1, fast cooling equipment is installed before and after R1, before and after R2, and before finish rolling, so as to meet the technological requirements of temperature-controlled coolingControlled cooling process and differential temperature rolling. (2) It is installed between the outlet of the finishing mill and the conventional laminar coolingLaminar cooling to meet the requirements of fine grain strengtheningFine grain strengthening process, and realize the development of variety steel and the production of low alloy steel. (3) It is installed between conventional laminar cooling and coiler to meet the cooling process requirements of dual phase products such as dual phase steel.
