摘要

The automotiveProduct of strength and elongation (PSE) lightweighting revolution has put forward higher requirements for automotive materials. Compared with aluminum and magnesium alloys, advanced high-strength steel (AHHS) has the advantages of low cost and high performance, making it the main force for automotive lightweighting. Quenching and PartitioningPartitioning steel (Q&P steel) is a typical third-generation AHSS, which enables the combination of high strengthStrength and good plasticity at low cost, and meets the dual requirements of automotive lightweight and safety. It is an ideal choice for the upgrading of automotive materials. However, in the current research and industrialized products, Q&P steel is produced with the method of cold rolling and annealing, which has problems such as complex process, high alloy costs, mismatch of strength and plasticity, and imperfect carbon partitioningPartitioning mechanism, restricting its further large-scale production and application.
