Administrative Responsibility of the Health Institution During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Community health challenges have persisted throughout human history for successive periods and caused heavy losses in all aspects of life and including all countries of the world. These deadly infectious diseases, and since the beginning of the spread of the Corona pandemic, the countries of the world became aware of the danger of this epidemic that restricted the entire world and imposed its will on society. This deadly virus has clearly brought administrative work to a halt. Medical institutions are among the most important facilities that have a large and effective role in society, especially since health and security are among the most important activities provided by the state. The administrative responsibility is an effective legal tool and at the same time, a guarantee and can contain the situation in which the management of health institutions can keep pace with the developments surrounding health institutions. Strict jurisdiction is entrusted with the protection aspect of this right. This is what we have seen in the light of the Corona pandemic (COVID-19) and its direct impact on the destruction of human power at the demographic, economic, and commercial levels.
