The management of greywater is the primary emphasis of this strategy, which centres largely on the incorporation of sensors based on the Internet of Things. This is of the utmost importance when it comes to composting with the assistance of greywater. If it is managed correctly, greywater has the potential to cut down on pollution and support efforts to alleviate the effects of water scarcity. The control of the users, the integration of data, the maximization of the efficiency of the composting process, the evaluation of the quality of greywater, and the achievement of financial and environmental sustainability are among the objectives of the research. IoT sensors are required to monitor a wide range of parameters, including pH, turbidity, flow, temperature, and water level, in order to allow real-time adjustments and remote control. Other parameters that must be monitored include water level. The primary purpose is to maximize the use of greywater in order to maximize the conservation of resources, minimize the generation of waste, and increase the use of practices that are more environmentally friendly. An evaluation of the integration of greywater treatment with composting is carried out using a multimodal approach that integrates laboratory research with real-world examples. This will be of assistance when determining how successful the integration was. Sensors that are linked to the Internet of Things make data collection and processing more simpler, which ultimately leads to improved process optimization and quality control. Variations in the amount of water used in homes are also a part of the study, which contributes to the process of making decisions on environmentally friendly composting, environmentally responsible water management, and resource efficiency.
