It does not just threaten corneal changes but can also play with visual pathways. It has evidence of disturbed binocularity, amblyopia, suppression and strabismus, impaired visual function, and irregular astigmatism. Early intervention and early diagnosis limit the disease concerning the progressive nature of keratoconus. With the help of technological incorporation, such as artificial intelligence algorithms with medical intervention, we can make a significant change and minimize cost, comfort, and compliance. The aim is to screen the school-going children and reach the community. The leverage of machine learning algorithms, data integration, and real-time monitoring is for early detection, precise diagnosis, and targeted treatment in medical. The image acquisition module, image processing module, AI algorithm analysis module, and diagnostic output module are to provide an efficient, accurate AI-based vision screening tool for its detection. The AI-based vision screening tool offers several advantages over conventional methods.
