摘要

During the global pandemic has affected Indonesia’s economy, including small businesses. This study looks into what helps small businesses perform better during the pandemic. It explores whether collaborating to create value and inventing new products impact how well these businesses sell their goods during crises such as COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers collected information through online surveys and existing data. They used a method that mixes numbers and descriptions: first, they looked at numbers, then they studied descriptions. The study found that collaborating to create value helps in making new products. However, it does not seem to affect how well small businesses sell their goods during crises but creating new products does help small businesses sell more during this time. The study also found that other things might matter more, like how dedicated business owners are, how much they use digital technology, and the quality of their products. This study gives small businesses ideas on how to survive during the pandemic. In the future, researchers could add more things to the study to make their predictions even better.
