Reducing Prevalence of Undernourishment Population in Indonesia: System Dynamics Approach

This chapter delves into the critical issue of food security and malnutrition in Indonesia, shedding light on the complexities arising from poverty, restricted access to nutritious foods, and a heavy reliance on staple diets such as rice. This situation is further compounded by the prevalence of stunting and deficiencies in essential micronutrients, underscoring the urgent need for a comprehensive approach. By integrating system dynamics modeling into the study, the research aims to unravel the intricate dynamics within the food security system.
