Penile length loss is not an uncommon situation for prosthetic surgeons. Thirty to forty percent of patients who undergo a penile implant (PI) report significant shortening [1], usually related to Peyronie disease (PD), radical prostatectomy surgery, long-standing erectile dysfunction (ED), priapism, and PI infection with device removal.
