Transurethral Ventral BMG Inlay Urethroplasty for Fossa Navicularis and Distal Urethral Strictures
摘要
This procedure is indicated for patients with strictures of the fossa navicularis and meatal stenosis and patients with distal penile urethral strictures extending up to 5 cm proximally from the meatus [1, 2]. A retrospective multi-institutional study demonstrated feasibility of this procedure in 68 men including patients with lichen sclerosus (34%), iatrogenic strictures (32%) and traumatic (15%), as well as patients with prior hypospadias repair (9%) [2].
