Single-Stage Approach for Proximal Hypospadias

The management of severe penoscrotal hypospadias with penile curvature is challenging. Various correction methods for severe hypospadias have been described. With severe penile curvature, staged procedures have historically been recommended. However, when an adult patient presents with severe untreated hypospadias, a single-stage correction is often preferred by the patient.
