Dorsal Inlay Grafted Tubularized Incised Plate (G-TIP) Urethroplasty
摘要
Surgical outcomes in hypospadiac patients are influenced by a wide range of perioperative factors and anatomical characteristics of the penis. These complex features provide substantial predictive value and can be utilized to stratify risk and inform clinical decision-making. Examination and treatment of hypospadias are also critically dependent on assessment of penile curvature, which significantly impacts selection of surgical technique and long-term results. Use of dorsal inlay grafted tubularized incised plate (G-TIP) may decrease complication risk in patients where the existing urethral plate is deemed “unfavorable” for augmentation.
