Novel Dorsal Approach to Proximal Bulbar Strictures
摘要
Despite its effectiveness for surgical treatment of urethral strictures, urethroplasty is not without challenges and is often accompanied by complications that can impact patients’ postoperative quality of life. Common complications include the risk of fistulae, post-micturition dribble, and ejaculatory problems. Notably, many of these issues arise from the mobilization, dissection, and opening of the bulbospongiosus muscle, a critical component in micturition and ejaculatory function.
