Construction and Optimization Strategy of Financial Shared Service Centers Based on Blockchain Technology in the Digitization Background

Blockchain technology is playing an increasingly important role in modern enterprises. In the context of blockchain technology, in order to achieve digital transformation of enterprises, improve internal control of the company, and achieve financial transformation, it has been decided to establish a Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC). However, there are drawbacks in the development and application of financial shared services, such as difficulty in eliminating internal information barriers, inadequate information communication mechanisms, lack of effective performance evaluation indicators, and lack of risk management. This article analyzes the impact and significance of digital background on financial shared service centers. Through a small case series, it tells the construction process of digital background financial shared service centers. At the same time, based on blockchain technology and with business processes as the main line, a multi-node co-governance cluster financial shared service center is constructed, which includes six modules: technical layer, data layer, business layer, accounting layer, management layer, and user layer. Finally, suggestions were made for the construction of a financial shared service center.
