Use of IoT in Agriculture: A Systematic Review
摘要
The agricultural scene is undergoing a significant evolution with the integration of technologies primarily smart farming, smart irrigation, soil health monitoring, and also phenotyping. This paper delves deep into the different ways by which the difficulties of the previous farming methods are being overcome and the new methods that are being developed which are far more efficient and less time-consuming than the previous ones are being studied. Moreover, it sheds light on the current challenges associated with the adoption of IoT in the agricultural sector and also provides suitable solutions to overcome these challenges. By contributing an overview of how agriculture and IoT can be intersected, we are confident that this paper can open up future research direction in different agricultural sectors.
