Features of Structure and Properties of Porous Permeable Materials Based on Titanium Nickelide Obtained by Self-Propagating High-Temperature Synthesis (SHS)
摘要
The structural-phase features of porous-permeable materials obtained by the SHS method at various synthesis start temperatures are presented. The influence of the SHS temperature regime on the macrostructural characteristics of the pore space, surface structure of pore walls, and phase-chemical composition of the TiNi matrix is analysed. The physical–mechanical properties of the obtained alloys, namely deformation-strength characteristics, parameters of multiple shape memory effect and specific electrical resistance are considered. A method for optimizing the surface structure of the pore walls of porous titanium nickelide obtained by the SHS method is presented.
