摘要

Using the example of the influence of point defects and their complexes on structural transformations in alloys based on titanium nickelide, it is shown that in the low-stability state of a condensed system (in titanium nickelide these are so-called pre-transition states), the interaction of structural defects can have a significant impact on the features of structural-phase transformations, and nanoscale objects play a very important role in the stability of phases in the area of martensitic transformations (MT). It was found that the concentration dependencies of the start temperature of direct MT M s in stressed and unstressed samples have different values and different functional dependencies. This allowed us to suggest that the observed effect is associated with the presence in the alloys of this class of low-stability pre-transition states in the MP region, and the structure and properties of these states depend on previous thermomechanical effects and system states.
