摘要

Marketing analytics is one of the most essential and important features in the progress of the marketing of an organisation as it analyses after the measurement and management of the activities concerned to evaluate and assess if the proposed activities are efficacious enough to produce the intended results and return with the campaign. Marketing analytics is a way where we can quantify after articulating logical strategies and then measuring the assets that those strategies have been worth. While doing so, it optimises and brings accountability into marketing. Qualitative and substantive insights can help the product/service to be marketed in a better manner for the upcoming campaigns, apart from knowing how the current one is progressing and what the return on the same has been. With billions of people across the globe and the plethora of interests, preferences, needs, and demands while also aiming to market the product/service successfully, it becomes indispensable to consider these factors into account to fulfil and sate the needs of the people. While traditional methods would not bolster the objective, it is also not realistically possible to understand each and then observe. Marketing Analytics is therefore an extremely effective method in banking which aims to garner results after large sets of data have been processed that would facilitate the management in learning, understanding, and analysing the trends as well as the needs of the customers, thereby providing means to decipher ways that are better and more effective in helping to increase profits.
