A Critical Investigation on Advanced Natural and Synthetic Biocomposite of Complex Bone Tissue Engineering Applications

Bone tissue engineering focuses on inducing new functional bone regeneration and improves the human health by restoring the healthy tissues. Bone defects caused by trauma, cancer, or old age are serious problems in orthopaedic. To avoid this kind of problems, the area of bone tissue engineering utilizes different biocomposite scaffolds that incorporates cells and proper growth factors to promote osteogenesis. The focal point of this review is based on using synthetic and natural biocomposite in complex bone tissue engineering. To test the drugs and biomaterials for bone regeneration, artificial tissues are used. It is also used to diagnose various diseases like osteonecrosis, joint pain. Recent investigation shows positive results in developing bone material capable of substituting the conventional autogenic bone transplants.
