A patient in her 70s is suspected of having ovarian cancer and is set for surgery. The goal is to accurately assess and completely resect any peritoneal dissemination. If there are disseminated metastases in the diaphragm or perihepatic area, we plan to resect them preoperatively. How should we approach disease diagnosis via imaging?
