Diagnostic Imaging of Lymph Node Metastases
摘要
A 57-year-old patient was scheduled for cervical cancer treatment. A contrast-enhanced CT scan of the abdomen showed a pelvic lymph node with an 11 mm short diameter. If the lymph node did not suggest metastasis, we planned for an extensive total hysterectomy. However, if there was a strong suspicion of lymph node metastasis, we intended to perform CCRT. What indications suggest this lymph node could be metastatic?
