The patient, an unmarried woman in her 20s, presented with lower abdominal distention. Ultrasonography revealed a pelvic mass over 10 cm in size, suspected to be a teratoma. The treatment depends on the type of teratoma. If it is mature, the patient will undergo laparoscopic ovarian tumor resection. If it is immature, an open adnexectomy will be performed.
